How Do I Leave a Review

You first must be logged into a patient account as provider accounts do not have review permission.
From here you must go to the listing page for the provider you’d like to leave a review.
Scroll all the way to the bottom of the listing information and click on “Leave A Review”
This will open a pop-up window that will allow you to type your review and leave a 1-5 rating. You may also decide to stay anonymous by hiding your name.
Once you’re finished click on “Submit Review”
